There’s something so cozy and satisfying about a classic Greek-inspired dinner — the lemony roasted potatoes, juicy seasoned chicken, fresh salad, and creamy tzatziki. It’s one of those meals that looks like you spent all day cooking, but really, it’s simple enough for a busy weeknight and elegant enough to serve to guests.
This Greek Chicken Dinner has become one of my family’s go-to meals. It’s packed with flavor, naturally gluten-free, and full of nourishing ingredients that leave everyone feeling satisfied — not heavy. The crispy, herb-coated chicken pairs perfectly with roasted lemon potatoes, a bright cucumber and tomato salad, and a spoonful of creamy tzatziki on the side. Every bite tastes like a little getaway to the Mediterranean.
Family Favorite — Healthy Comfort Food
I make this dinner at least once a week, and it’s a total hit every single time. Even my kids love it (especially the roasted potatoes dipped in tzatziki — they call it “Greek fries”).
As a busy mom, I’m always looking for meals that check all the boxes:
Easy to prepare
Nourishing and balanced
Feels special enough for guests
Naturally gluten-free
This one does it all. Plus, it makes your whole kitchen smell amazing while it’s roasting.
Mom Tip: Double It and Meal Prep
Whenever I make this recipe, I double it — because it’s just that good. The leftovers reheat beautifully for quick lunches or dinners later in the week. You can store the chicken and potatoes in one container and keep the salad and tzatziki separate.
Lunch the next day? Done. Dinner on a busy school night? Done.
A little extra prep on Sunday saves me so much stress mid-week — and trust me, you’ll thank yourself later.
