Busy mornings don’t have to mean skipping breakfast. This gluten-free smoothie bowl is my go-to when I want something fast, nourishing, and a little bit pretty. It’s creamy, refreshing, and packed with fiber, antioxidants, and healthy fats to keep you full until lunch — and it only takes five minutes!

Ingredients
1 frozen banana
1 cup frozen mixed berries
½ cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp nut butter (peanut, almond, or cashew)

Directions
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until thick and creamy.
