5-Minute Healthy Morning Recipe

Busy mornings don’t have to mean skipping breakfast. This gluten-free smoothie bowl is my go-to when I want something fast, nourishing, and a little bit pretty. It’s creamy, refreshing, and packed with fiber, antioxidants, and healthy fats to keep you full until lunch — and it only takes five minutes!

Why You’ll Love It

  • 100% gluten-free and dairy-free

  • Naturally sweetened with fruit — no added sugar

  • Perfect for busy moms and anyone short on time

  • Customizable with your favorite toppings

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries

  • ½ cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tbsp nut butter (peanut, almond, or cashew)

Toppings: granola, coconut flakes, sliced fruit, extra nut butter drizzle, or even hemp hearts for added protein.

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until thick and creamy.

  2. Pour into a bowl and smooth out the top.

  3. Add your toppings and enjoy immediately!

✨ Pro Tips

  • Thicker texture: Use less milk and a tamper to blend.

  • Extra protein: Add a scoop of your favorite protein powder.

  • Kid-friendly twist: Pour the mix into popsicle molds for a healthy frozen treat.

My Morning Routine

On mornings when I’m running late (which is most mornings with three kids!), this smoothie bowl is my quick reset. It feels like a treat but gives me the energy I need to power through school drop-offs, emails, and errands.

It’s one of those recipes that proves healthy can also be easy and delicious — and honestly, I never get tired of how pretty it looks in the bowl.
